    Job Summary:

    Answer incoming calls of individuals having interest in our services. Educate family members and prospective residents regarding our services. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. Maintain good customer relationships and follow up with residents, families and referral sources regarding potential admissions. Enter and update customer information and notes in the database. Conduct interviews of potential residents the facility. Verify potential resident insurance coverage and income. Coordinate and facilitate appropriate admission to our facility. Maintain current knowledge and understanding of client payment sources, for example; Medicaid, Social Security, SSI, MLTC.



    Proven experience as Telesales representative or other sales/customer service role. Dedication and compassion to provide seniors with services. Must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. Must be comfortable presenting our Assisted Living services over the phone. Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects. Excellent knowledge of English. Must be able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.



    $80 Weekly pay.

    Paid Time Off.
