    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ad Operations Manager to join our team on a contract basis. The Ad Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns on, ensuring seamless delivery, optimization, and performance tracking across various ad formats and platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage the setup, trafficking, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns on using ad serving platform Google Ad Manager.
    Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales and creative teams to gather campaign requirements, assets, and specifications.
    Implement targeting parameters, ad placements, and creative rotations to maximize campaign performance and achieve client objectives.
    Monitor campaign delivery and performance metrics in real-time, troubleshooting any issues and optimizing campaigns for pacing, delivery, and performance.
    Generate and analyze campaign performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
    Stay abreast of industry trends, ad tech innovations, and platform updates to ensure compliance with best practices and maximize the effectiveness of digital advertising campaigns.
    Liaise with external partners including advertisers, agencies, and ad tech vendors to facilitate campaign execution, resolve technical issues, and deliver exceptional customer service.
    Contribute to the development of ad operations processes, documentation, and training materials to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.
