    Job Description

    Demonstrate understanding, of multiple, Experian Health’s product family model configurations
    Lead and/or participate in special projects
    Advise and recommend additional solution gates to leadership
    Exceed internal client expectations, through relationship management skills, extensive process knowledge and successful navigation through complex implementations
    Apply advanced skills in multiple solution evaluations, to solve a wide range of difficult problems


    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    5-8 years software implementation experience
    5+ years of revenue cycle experience in a healthcare or hospital environment
    Strong leadership skills
    Proven ability to coach, mentor
    Comfort with change management
    Excellent collaborative approach
    Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
    Travel up to 25%

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above.  Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education.  This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
