    Additional Job Description:

    In your day-to-day role you will

    Provide world class customer service Field inbound support calls, live chats, and emails from users about our product offerings Try all avenues to solve a customer’s issue, but if you can’t, explain the why with an empathetic ear Educate our customers on how to use Venmo to send and receive payments

    What you need to bring

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent 1 -year experience in a role that put you in direct contact with consumers. Financial services and/or call center experience is a big plus. Some experience working remotely would be advantageous.

    Location

    PayPal provides a hybrid working solution, where employees work from home with the flexibility to come to office in Mexico City as needed for training and special events.  A dedicated working space free of distraction and background noise is required.

    Technical Requirements

    High-speed internet with a direct connection delivering a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload.

    Hours

    Full-time position offering a variety of shift timings, ranging from early morning, midday, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts, on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
